Kenneth Hauk had a tremendous message that he presented while at the OKC conference. Don’t go across the country until you’ve been across the street. How simple is this, but how many of us have neglected our neighbors or our family? I can speak from a personal note. I have not touched base with ALL of my neighbors. That is going to change. Kenneth would be proud of me. I went across the street and apologized to my neighbor Wanda. She is a school teacher with minimal health issues, but with no energy and with much arthritis pains. When I offered her the Proformance and explained what it could do for her benefit, she was excited. She said “I will be more than happy to try this and if it helps me, it might help my mother who is diabetic and has arthritis.” WOW! I have used the product over 2 years right across the street! Thanks Kenneth for this push into the right direction. Sometimes we get so focused ‘away’ or we fear rejection ‘at home’…regardless of the reasons…thanks!

As I sit here to complete this blog, I am thinking WOW! We had our Kenoakie Team monthly luncheon today. The core group came and we had a wonderful time. Guys, we need some ‘excited, passionate, motivated and convinced people’ to join our Kenoakie Team. Where are you? To be successful one must have a desire and with that desire add passion and motivation. I am convinced that there are those in this community who are ready to move to the next level. I simply need for them to find me. I believe in the products that we have, I just must share this with everyone else.

I have been using the ShapeWay product now for about 7 months with a weight loss of 40 pounds, tethering right now at that level and with loss 24+ inches. I have discovered that when one is ‘overweight’ people just ‘howdy do you’ and go on about their business. When you lose weight, they say, “you’re losing weight…are you sick?” When it becomes noticeable people talk more with you and you become ‘human’ again.
I speak this only as an observation because I am paying attention. I am much healthier and feel great, but I am that same person who never saw herself as ‘fat’. I am not sure what I am trying to say, but we need to make ‘fat’ people know that they are human even in that state…it is then that we can show them how to become healthier and ‘love them’ into our program. It is not simply the business that I am after, but after showing people I care for them as human beings. My goal is to help people become healthier than they have ever been, because we are: THE TEMPLE OF THE LIVING GOD. I want my TEMPLE to be neat and orderly and HEALTHY.

It is amazing to me now as I go shopping. I was looking at clothes and when I saw an extra large shirt I thought ‘that is huge’. Not so long ago that I was looking at mediums and saying ‘never’ could I wear that again. There is nothing vain about becoming healthy and being proud of how you look again. We need to share this with our community. Kenneth, I like the idea you gave us about the door hangers. Stephanie and I have decided that we are gonna comb our neighborhoods. We will go door to door and share our product as people will allow us. We must. It is time for eXfuze to be re-sounded to America. If Japan can be soooo excited…what is wrong here? What MUST we do to sound the alarm! People are dying every day from those diseases that are directly connected to OBESITY and we have simply sat back and given the ‘howdy do to you’ to those folks. We have the answer. Let us not keep it to ourselves. Let us not be selfish. Let us go beyond our own doors and our own streets. Let us get the word out. Share what God has given to us. I have said before, God gives us good health. He is my healer but He gives us wisdom and tools to maintain that health. Health Corner: Why does it matter what I eat?

This was an awesome week end for sure. Began on Friday night with the team celebrating Rick Cotton’s birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY RICK! ‘From the Louisville team’ I was privileged to be a part of this celebration.

We had a fabulous dinner at Mahogany’s and a great fellowship!

Saturday was spent in conference with the Oklahoma Team and a few stragglers as me and my granddaughters. They were as awesome help. Look at this…thank you Jessica and Rachel for all that you did to participate and make this conference what it was.

There were about 50 persons who attended the convention. Kenneth Hauk did a fantastic job along with all those who helped with the conference. Prosperity with Purpose…this is the prime directive of all of these meetings. We began our meeting with Praise and Worship. How many corporate meetings can one begin and end with praise and worship. Rick E. is such an anointed man of God. Thanks for bringing down the powerful anointing into our presence. Exfuze is founded on a Godly foundation and this business belongs to Him. He should be invited to ALL meetings.

I think what I learned in the early part of this conference was…we all must ask the question…”Why are we in this business? Why am I doing what I am doing? When this question can be answered…and you can become passionate about what you believe in…you WILL become prosperous. Kenneth presented a powerful presentation that helped remind and teach all of us 19 ways to prospect. I actually have already begun to do these things. This was a confirmation that I was on the right track. I will not go through all the 19 ways but will touch some of the highlights of the conference:

1. Establish the Why for yourself.
2. Set goals. Place a picture of what you are working towards in front of you.
3. Tell people about the business opportunity as well as the product. We know that we have a great product, but how many of us have neglected to address the opportunity of business. If you believe in the product then it is your moral obligation to share it with people you care about.
4. You get paid for how you perform. We must be active and aggressive towards a goal.
5. You must be faithful.
6. You must sow seeds in order to reap a harvest.
7. Value is related to much more than ‘how much money you have or make’.
8. We must take advantage of this window of opportunity or it will pass us by.
9. We must make an impact on our nation because it is falling apart. God has given us a responsibility to share our blessing.
10. Some people are slow, but give them time.
11. If we don’t build a business someone else will
12. We are well able to do this.
13. We must get our attitude right and our heart right, then all else will fall into place.
14. Consistency is the key to bringing in results.

KNOW YOUR WHY!

We have a product that CHANGES LIVES! We have a business plan that is the best in the marketplace. We must become pro-active and let the world hear about. How can the people hear if someone is not sent? This reminds me of the Scripture in Romans:

Romans 10:14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?

I was sitting here pondering about what to say in the blog and Jim Rohn popped up. This is soooo true. When a person truly wants to do something, they will find a way to do it. Otherwise they have 100+ excuses as to why they cannot. With my journey with Exfuze, I have discovered this to be true all the way around. I began with my excuse in the beginning… It costs too much! $40 a bottle… Who would pay for such as that? Then I began to look at what I was paying for vitamins and health care costs with my new diagnosis of Cancer. I began to re-evaluate. I took the plunge and gave it my all into the business of Exfuze in August of 2010. The first thing I was told was “you must go to convention”. I needed to learn about this company and the products that they had.

Now I had no idea what I was getting into, but I knew that it was the right thing to do. I could not afford to do it, but I also knew that I could not afford ‘not to do it’. Perhaps this does not make sense to some folks, but the journey to success does not always make sense. It takes determination and belief in a dream to move forward and achieve success. The team of entrepreneurers at the corporate level with Exfuze are here to help each distributor achieve his goals, so long as they are determined to succeed. I have made this choice and here I am almost 2 years passed that date. I am not where I want to be but am well on the way.

I have such a testimony that I share with anyone who will listen to me. When I was introduced to Proformance…I was on a road to death with the deadly disease known as Cancer. I could have simply laid down an accepted it or do as I chose…get up…get moving…and change your life style. I decided that my health was a valuable asset that I had taken for granted too long. The Seven Products gave me an avenue to improve my health. I began to use the products faithfully and my life changed. Now I want to say that my financial status has not changed. I make no more salary now than I did 2 years ago. My business is not to the point yet to be lucrative (but well on the way) yet I have always had more than enough to be able to use the product and give so much away that I cannot tell you how much I do give away. When you know that you are in the Will of God and doing what He wants you to do, you cannot out give Him. My cancer is nonexistent. I have lost 40 pounds and 24 inches in the past 6 months with the weight management program. I will be joining the team in Oklahoma City for the Regional Conference with Exfuze as well as the Oklahoma City Marathon in honor to those who were killed in the OKC bombings. I have learned that success is not always the end of the journey, but the journey itself. I plan to enjoy my journey with each step that I take. I do not want to get to the end to fast and not be able to enjoy the scenery along the way. I love my mentors who have taught me much about the business. There remains much to be learned and I wish to be a sponge and soak up as much as I can.

I get so frustrated with hearing people complain about this or that but say that Exfuze is toooo expensive for them to use. Excuses are not really acceptable in my book. Delays…yes I can see that as sometimes we have to adjust and make provisions, but there will be a way if one believes in something. I believe in this business with Exfuze. I believe because the results in my own life have been phenomenal. I can only tell you what it has done for my other friends or customers, but I can affirm without a doubt what it has done for me. Him that hath ears let him hear! The cost is minimal compared to results.

I will be leaving on Wednesday to join with Loretta and Terry Abney and with Loretta and Joe Priest. I look forward to learning much from them on this journey. They have built a tremendous business in Ada, Oklahoma again because of a product that does what it says it will do. Results! That is the icing on the cake. As Joe said the other day, he is not a quitter, and neither am I. I will continue to walk this walk because I know where it is headed and I want to be there.
I have built a smaller team here in Louisville, KY but for some reason the distributors have not ‘jumped in’ with the passion that I feel is in Ada, OK. I pray that when I return, I can bring a bit of this back with me to transfer to my team. Together Everyone Achieve More. The future is unlimited! Limitations are set by the individual and not by circumstances. It is not impossible to achieve success because with God ALL things are possible. Look at where I have come in simply 6 months.

I want to be not only a good leader but a great leader for my family and for my team. I spend so many hours at work and get distractions but my heart remains with this dream. My prayer is that by the end of this year I can devote more of my time with Exfuze and promoting the “health” that can be achieved by using them. I see too much spent and wasted on medications that contradict one another. We practice using this and have to change because of side effects and then try another and another when the use of the nutrients that God gave us will achieve the most natural and best results. I pray that those persons who have nibbled at these products will take a big bite. I pray that the doctors who read this or have spoken to me will not only sigh but pursue the facts. The scientific results are phenomenal and are documented. Do the math! Exfuze works.

But it’s not a list people in the Bluegrass state want to be on. The latest obesity statistics report by the Trust for America’s Health ranks Kentucky number six when it comes to fattest states.

CNBC reported that the epidemic has been going on for decades, and today healthcare costs associated with obesity are estimated at $147billion a year.

Obesity isn’t a vanity issue; it’s a health issue. Though looking good is never as important as feeling good, obesity is often dismissed as an aesthetic shortcoming. Excess body fat can have adverse effects on general health, but can we really see the problem staring back at us through the mirror?

Tracking awareness of obesity has traditionally been a challenge, but our understanding of obesity awareness is advancing due to new innovations in search engine monitoring. Thanks to search engine data collection, we now have a more complete picture of obesity awareness across the United States. This enables us to determine personal views on obesity by state.

Rising obesity rates are cause for concern as they’re frequently linked to heart disease and other health problems (1). Obesity contributes to cardiovascular disease, sleep apnea, degenerative arthritis, type-2 diabetes and certain types of cancer (2). While the link between obesity and these conditions is commonly known, people may not be making the connection on a personal level.

I was astounded when I realized these statistics. I never thought of myself as “fat” until I used the metabolic scale. When growing up I was very small and was known as ‘half pint’. Not so as an adult and a grandmother. I joined the ranks of the Top Ten list.

I work with patients every day who are overweight but have no realization that their medical condition is directly related to their weight. After my diagnosis of cancer in 2009, I realized that my health was an asset that I had taken for granted. I realized that this was the only thing that would make a difference in my future… my health. Using the nutrition products with Exfuze was a dynamic beginning but when the team from Exfuze introduced the ShapeWay…now that was the golden egg! Shedding the extra cleavage would be the synchronizing factor to this Health Management program. That is exactly what Exfuze is-a Health Management Program.

Please don’t take this out of context because this is simply my opinion not a statement from Exfuze. I have discovered that the many products were designed to do a particular thing but when used by different people they have different affects. After 2 months of using the ShapeWay product, I decided that I needed to add an exercise regimen to the program. I began doing a work out 3-4 times weekly. I listened to Joe Priest today on the conference call today. He is an awesome mentor to say the least. Getting connected with Exfuze was one of the best moves of my life. I plan to stay for the duration. Sometimes it takes a while to get the business up and running but when you believe in a product that actually works, it seems like no time at all. I can appreciate Joe’s patience as he is waiting on God to send people to him. Divine encounters and Divine connections… I know that God will make a way when we don’t see a way. He will bring people into our lives that will benefit from what we have. Don’t miss an opportunity as Eddie Freeman would say.

My testimony continues to grow as I continue to use this awesome product. What I have discovered about eXfuze products is that they ALL have multiple outcomes for different people. For instance, I am using the ShapeWay Meal replacement in order to low weight. I have actually lost more than 35pounds and greater than 22inches in a time frame of 7 months. Because this product is soooo nutritious, I have given it to a customer who needs to gain weight. The nutrition composition of this product can be used to promote weight gain. Now is this not just like our other products? They seem to target the individual needs of the person! Who could have imagined that our eXfuze team could have come up with such a product?

When I think about what He did for me, I am just awed! Words cannot describe it. The blessings are ongoing. I have been using the Exfuze products since my original diagnosis of cancer in 2009. As I have said before I use the Proformance in the mornings, as well as taking the Energizer Capsules that accompany the ShapeWay Meal Replacement regimen. I add a shot of GreenZilla to a bottle of water before I go to the gym. I take a ‘shake’ from the meal replacement plan, generally with 2%milk and frozen fruit before I go to work. I simply want to shout it from the top of the mountain because He is faithful to fulfil the promises that He has declared Himself. I continue to smile each time I recognize the finger of God. He is faithful.

I started taking ShapeWay at convention September 2011 and have used it daily since then. I generally do 2 shakes daily but on occasion only 1. Seldom, do I not drink a shake… but if family wants to do something I make no issue with it. I eat normal well balanced meals and use Exfuze Proformance in the morning and Premium Focus in the evening. I take GreenZilla regularly and drink lotsssss of water! I have no cravings and cannot consume more than I need when I do eat. My body is satisfied. I received my Tanita scale today and this is how it compares to the one done at our conference in October 2011. I also do my workout at least 3 times weekly and walk about 2-3 miles while there. I am very proud of my progress. I wish I could get others to be willing to try. Many people see me and want to know what I did, but they are not willing to pay a price. Ephesians 3:20 Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]

The sermon this morning was awesome and right on target with what God is doing in my life and around me. This is a new beginning. New Beginnings are in effect… radical changing of lives. This is bigger than what I think or can even imagine. It will affect nations…and will begin to explode as we release the SUPER into the natural! So many of us tend to ‘hold back’ because we accept the lie of the enemy that we are not worthy, or not good enough or just don’t have it in us to do this or that. We have come to Christ and know that our sins are forgiven, but for some reason we feel like we have to clean up our act in order to be blessed.

Romans 8:1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

I think often of my past and where I came from. As Pastor Steve preached this morning we have to get above our raising. This is so true. Whatever our past dealt to us we must remember to move forward and not allow our past to condemn us. The past does not define who we are. There are times that our heart condemns us or our family and friends condemn us. This is all covered under the blood that Jesus shed on the cross. Once we come to the saving knowledge of who we are in Christ and receive Him as our Savior we become New Creatures. When I came to Louisville searching for a church home I came to TWOC. The first Scripture I saw on the ‘big screen’ was:

Revelation 12:11 they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony;

This is how I knew this was the church body that I was to become a part of. The key is … the Blood of the Lamb. All I had was a past and ‘my testimony’. I knew how to overcome. I was made the righteousness of Christ when I received Him. He cleansed my sins and I had to do nothing but receive. My receiving His promise is not based upon my Proformance but upon His Grace. He simply said to the woman caught in adultery, “go and sin no more”. I praise God for what He has done for me and for my family. Thank you, God, for placing me in a church where I can receive the uncompromised Word.

I am ready to rise above my circumstances. Alone most of the time, I have many private moments. I work a full schedule as a nurse and would love to be more involved with the family, yet we have grown more apart. I refuse to accept failure or any condemnation because I know who I am in Christ. He has brought me through the loss of my husband and the death of my precious granddaughter. He has delivered me from cancer and strengthened me each day as I strive to serve Him. Obstacles that I face each day whether it be with family, friends or co-workers…I overcome because I plead the ‘Blood’. I face resistance each day but I continue to walk forward. I pray and send angels to surround my family and my friends because I have the anointing and trust the promises of God.

The end of April I will be going to Oklahoma for the Regional Exfuze meetings. This is a business that I feel God ordained. Being in the Healthcare industry for over 40 years, I never realized that I was not focused on good health until mine was gone. This was crazy considering I was a healthcare professional. It was not until cancer attacked me that I opened my eyes. My body is the Temple of the Living God and it is my responsibility to take care of it. I never looked at it in this manner. When I met the Exfuze team, I learned a new prospective on health management. I have a small team of distributors here in Louisville, KY working with me to service this area. I just wish that I could influence more people and truly do get a bit discouraged when they will not listen to me. Our economy has deterred many due to finances but I know that God has control of ALL economic issues. When we look to Him, we will overcome. Obesity is defined as an excess of body fat. It can be accurately measured by skin fold thickness instruments and bioelectrical impedance analysis. Both measurements are difficult to perform. Both also require expensive instruments and trained personnel to perform them. For most, the Body Mass Index is an accurate and inexpensive measurement of body fat. The BMI is the sum of a calculation based on weight and height. It is widely accepted and easy to determine. Most medical calculators let you plug in numbers to obtain the value. Persons for whom the BMI might not be as accurate would include the highly trained athlete who has little to no body fat. For these, calculations would tend to be somewhat higher because of the heavier muscle mass. Normal BMI ranges from 18-25. Higher BMIs are associated with increased mortality from all causes. Although intuitively one would associate being severely obese with earlier death, merely being overweight could lead to earlier death as well.
