Yield or Yutz
Yield – production of labor, a measure of the amount of income an investment generates over time.
A successful leader will continue to be productive and yield a healthy return for his team and himself.
Yutz – person variously regarded as ineffectual, foolish, disagreeable, and contemptible.
A successful leader will not be ineffectual, foolish or disagreeable (Yutz) but will conscientiously effect growth within his team.
Zealous or Zipless
Zeal – intense enthusiasm, as in working for a cause; ardent endeavor or devotion;
A successful leader will have intense enthusiasm and with great zeal will work towards a common goal of success.
Zipless – Lacking vigor or energy.
A successful leader will not lack vigor and energy but will be filled with enthusiasm for the business and impart this energy to her team.
