Wisdom/Worth or Worry/Wrestle
Wisdom – The ability or result of an ability to think and act utilizing knowledge, experience, understanding, common sense.
Worth – excellence of character or quality as commanding esteem.
A successful leader will with his knowledge and experience, use wisdom to draw out the excellent character qualities (worth) of his team.
Worry – condition or feeling of uneasiness or anxiety.
Wrestle – contend, as in a struggle for mastery; grapple:
A successful leader will not worry with anxiety and wrestle with uneasy feelings, but will master the business using the tools available to him.
X-ray Vision or Xeric
X-ray – is the ability to see through.
A successful leader will develop the ability to see clearly through conflicting issues and work to resolve them.
Xeric – or adapted to an extremely dry habitat-(dull, uninteresting)
A successful leader will not stay in a dry habitat (xeric state) dull and uninteresting, but will promote a cohesive relationship with his team.
