Undertake – oneself to and begin (an enterprise or responsibility); take on.
Understand – to perceive the meaning of; grasp the idea of; comprehend:
successful leader will undertake the responsibility to understand the product and marketing ideas and inspire his team to do the same.
Unsettled – Not in a state of order or calmness; disturbed:
Uncertain – Not completely confident or sure of something:
A successful leader will not be unsettled and uncertain but will be calm and completely confident in the product and the business he is promoting.
Value/Vision or Void
Value – relative worth, merit, or importance:
Vision – the act or power of anticipating that which will or may come
A successful leader will value the vision and inspire his team to do the same.
Void – having no legal force or effect;
A successful leader will not void the vision but will positively (effect) influence his team members toward a goal of success.
