Stimulate/Strengthen or Sluggish/Sacrifice
Stimulate – Inspiring new ideas or enthusiasm / to fill (a person) with ideas or enthusiasm.
Strengthen -To make strong; Capacity or potential for effective action.
A successful leader will stimulate his team and strengthen them with new ideas; instilling them with the capacity for effective action.
Sluggish -Displaying little movement or activity; slow; inactive
Sacrifice – the act of losing or surrendering something as a penalty for a mistake or fault or failure to perform etc.
A successful leader will not be sluggish and sacrifice his team but will promote, stimulate and strengthen.
Train/Teach or Tear/Toss
Train – To make proficient with specialized instruction and practice.
Teach – To impart knowledge or skill to:
A successful leader will teach and train his team to become the best that they can.
Tear – to pull apart or into pieces by force.
Toss – To be thrown here and there; be flung to and fro.
A successful leader will not pull (tear) apart his team and allow them to be tossed (flung to and fro). He will keep them focused on their dreams.
