Quality or Quit

Quality – A measure of excellence or a state of being free from defects, deficiencies,
Characteristics of a product or service that bears its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs.

A successful leader bears a quality of excellence and knows that his product has the ability to meet the needs of his customers.

Quit – to stop trying, struggling, or the like; accept or acknowledgedefeat.

A successful leader will not accept defeat and will not stop trying. He will continue to move forward but will never quit.

Readily or Random

Readily – at once, at the drop of a hat, cheerfully, eagerly,easily, facilely, freely, gladly, hands down,immediately, in a jiffy, in no time, lightly, nosweat, nothing to it, piece of cake, promptly,quick as a wink, right away, slick as whistle,smoothly, speedily, straight away,
unhesitatingly, well, willingly, without delay, without difficulty, without hesitation

A successful leader will cheerfully be ready and available to assist his team to be efficient and productive.

Random – at random, without definite aim, purpose, method, oradherence to a prior arrangement; in a haphazard way:

A successful leader has aim and purpose and does not randomly choose the path taken by the team.
