Model or Muzzle
Model – something that is copied or used as the basis for a related idea, process, or system.
A successful leader must be a model for his team in order to lead them to success. This becomes a duplication process in the road for a successful business.
Muzzle – to prevent a person or group from publicly expressing their views or opinions.
A successful leader will not muzzle himself or his members but on the contrary will encourage personal opinions and views together to strengthen his team.
Necessary or Noncommittal
Necessary – important in order to achieve a specific result.
A successful leader will do whatever is necessary to get the job done. He will help his team to become individually successful.
Noncommittal – not making clear any personal opinions or feelings about something.
A successful leader will not express a ‘noncommittal’ attitude, but on the contrary will be very committed and transmit this character trait to his team.
