Knowledge/Keen or Kick
Knowledge/Keen – a sharp sense of understanding.
A successful leader must possess knowledge and a keen understanding of his business. He must know where he is going in order to be a leader.
Kick – a temporary interest
A great leader must KNOW where he is going and be prepared to lead his team. A successful leader cannot approach this business as a ‘kick’.
Lead or Lose
Lead – to show the way to others, usually by going ahead of them.
To be successful you must lead your people…communicate with your team regularly.

Lose – to cease to possess.
Communicate with Your prospects and associates regularly. You will lose your team if you do not have this communication.
A minimum of weekly and preferable several times during the week…can be email or telephone connection.
